The story began when Bob Holis developed simple camera housings, closely followed by diving lights. Surprised by his own success, he was quickly able to extend the product range through the purchase of other firms. Hollis developed a tremendous sense for breaking products in the market and specialised in instruments, later in diving computers. Up to now, Oceanic has brought many innovative features to market. which are found today in a lot of products.
